An equally crucial element as music in creating an immersive universe, whether for a video game or any other type of production, is sound design. As a sound designer, their role is to bring a universe to life by creating sound effects and atmospheres that accompany every action or scene in the film or video game.

In order to refine his technical and artistic skills as a sound designer, Florent underwent a one-year intensive training program at Audioworshop studio in Montpellier. This studio collaborates with well-known clients such as Ubisoft, Magic Design Studios, Digixart, France Télévisions, TF1, to name just a few examples.

 

This training provided a deep understanding of sound creation tools such as Protools, Reaper, and Nuendo, supplemented by knowledge of sound integration techniques like Wwise and FMOD for interactive audio and music. Additionally, Florent is proficient in using game engines such as Unity and Unreal Engine 4 and 5, enabling seamless and cohesive integration of audio and music throughout the game.

Furthermore, he is also adept at modern communication tools such as GitHub and others, allowing him to collaborate effectively with other members of the development team.
